addresses from two or more compared files to eliminate

ensure your lists are current, accurate and deliverable
in accordance with United States Postal Service (USPS)
standards and meet all USPS requirements and
certifications.

Our Delivery Assurance-PLUS service, is a
proprietary process that enables us to additionally
identify and update as many as 35% of postal addressees
who have not reported their address changes to the USPS
and are not included in its National Change of Address
system (“NCOA”). This not only helps prevent wasted
direct marketing resources but also helps avoid costly customer/donor
lapse. AIM’s Delivery Assurance process also makes it
possible for you to reconnect with customers and donors
who you have already lost touch with and identifies
additional individuals who may need to update their
voter registrations.

Our Call Assurance-PLUS service identifies and
updates listed telephone numbers from the same national
database accessed by Directory Assistance (411) services
across the country. As with Delivery Assurance-PLUS,
the telephone number updates resulting from this process
follow and supplement standard telephone number append
and phone list hygiene processes.
